Weston, Paul

Paul Weston worked as a staff arranger for both Capitol and Columbia Records, writing charts for some of the biggest pop stars of the day over his lengthy career. He and his wife, singer Jo Stafford, collaborated together under the pseudonyms Jonathan and Darlene Edwards on a series of comedy albums, one of which won a Grammy Award in 1960. He also worked extensively in the realms of television, classical and religious music. His compositions "I Should Care" and "Day By Day" remain standards to this day.
