Bob took the wonderful small group recording of this fun tune (on the CD "Jazz Giant" - Contemporary) and turned it into a very special big band arrangement. He also took Benny Carter's alto saxophone solo on that recording and harmonized it for the entire saxophone section. There is also solo space for trombone. Benny wrote wonderful melodies. This one is set in a medium-swing, earthy feel. Ranges are very reasonable throughout. A great feature for your saxophone section. Solos: Saxophone Section & Trombone 5-4-4-4
