A pretty minor medium jazz waltz featuring the flute on the lead alto chair playing the head in an “artsy” setting. Room for the flute to solo. Nice full ensemble section ending with the flute finishing on the melody. This has the feeling of a Hubert Laws feel to it. The piano player can use a Rhodes sound on this as well. Nice tune with a haunting melody to feature the good doubling alto player.
