Coronavirus update (last updated September 9): As back-to-school time is here, in a different way than we have ever seen before, ejazzlines is open full-time, and we are available via phone from 9--5 Eastern time Monday through Friday in New York; we are available via email, at orders@ejazzlines.com, and we answer every email promptly; including often after normal business hours and on weekends.
We strongly recommend Priority Mail for domestic orders and Express for international ones right now, as while the US Postal Service remains very reliable, the Coronavirus situation along with the highly publicized delays are sometimes significantly affecting international shipments, and domestic Media Mail ones as well.
