Coronavirus/holiday season update (last updated December 14): As the holidays approach, ejazzlines continues to be open full-time, available via phone from 9--5 Eastern time Monday through Friday in New York; we are always available via email, at orders@ejazzlines.com, and we answer every email promptly; including rather often after normal business hours and on weekends.
As of this writing, we will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25th, and New Year's Day, January 1, but we will remain open otherwise and shipping orders through the rest of the holiday season. We do still strongly recommend Priority Mail or Express Mail for domestic orders and Express Mail for international ones right now, as while the US Postal Service remains very reliable, the Coronavirus situation along with what is probably the busiest year ever for mailing holiday gifts, are sometimes significantly affecting delivery times for international shipments, and domestic Media Mail ones as well.
