OCTOBER NOTES: The highlights down below this month in October's pages are a bunch of new Jazz Lines Publications re-engraved editions of some popular Walrus Music Publishing charts from Buddy Rich/Don Menza, Bob Florence, and Rob McConnell. We also have another batch of great new ones from Tom Kubis, including his Thad Jones/Basie-ish version of Who's Sorry Now? The latest brand new arrivals are small group and big band versions of Scratchin' in the Gravel from Jazz Lines Publications leading light Mary Lou Williams. Sierra Music has started to release their 2021 new issues, and the standout thus far is Eric Miyashiro's arrangement of the Mike Manieri composition Trains, as written for Blue Note Tokyo All-Star Jazz Orchestra; this is available in pro and edited editions.

SEPTEMBER NEW RELEASE PAGES HIGHLIGHTS: The highlight of September was our publication of five arrangements from the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra's two Big Band Holidays records. We also published three more from Ella Fitzxgerald and Nelson Riddle: Sam and Delilah, Somebody from Somewhere, and That Certain Feeling. The other new Jazz Lines Publications release was Eddie Sauter's arrangement of Oh! Look at Me Now as written for Helen Forrest with the Benny Goodman Orchestra. New specially-priced multi-chart sets are now available featuring the music of Toshiko Akiyoshi and Doris Day.
