This is a minor key samba from Tom Kubis that does a wonderful job of letting the different sections of your ensemble "chase" after one another. The melody is played twice, first by saxes and then by trombones with trumpet counterline. The shout chorus is somehow high-octane and relaxed at the same time, and is followed by a brief percussion interlude. Solo changes are included for alto sax and trombone.
