This flexible ensemble piece is the perfect vehicle to expose classical clarinetists to the jazz style of playing by way of articulation and phrasing, using exactly the same music for both styles. It is definitely ideal for workshop situations, as well as recitals and master classes.

A full set includes a ‘classical’ version and a ‘jazz’ version with corresponding phrasing and articulation. As a quartet, the instrumentation can either be 1-2-3-4 or 1-2-A-B. As a choir, there should be twice as many players on each 1st and 2nd part as on each of the other parts (3-4-A-B). Also included are separate duet versions, classical and jazz.
