This composition was premiered at the Scotland World Saxophone Congress. (Originally written for the pianist in the quintet Out Of Nowhere, upon request for a tune that was "freer or edgier," the quartet version is also influenced by EST.) The groove is straight, harmonies complex, and its realization challenging. Solos are for soprano and tenor. Difficult.
