An atmospheric "mood changer," this dark, apprehension-tinged composition continues to evolve and develop right through to the unsettling chord at the end. Composed just prior to the birth of his first child, MacDonald captures the anxiety and trepidation associated with "the pre-fatherhood jitters." His creepy melodic material and pensive harmonic settings are underpinned by the drum style of contemporary, underground, electronic dance music (AKA drum-n-bass). Woodwind doubles are required. Solos for guitar, soprano sax, tenor sax and drum set.
