This is a gently loping minor-key waltz from the pen of Tom Kubis. Trombone is largely featured on the melody, with the exception of the bridge, which is handled by the saxophones. The shout chorus is fairly brief but succinct, with your sax section getting a chance to show off with a tricky 8 bar soli section. Trombone is featured as both melody and improvising soloist for a majority of the arrangement.
