As this Tom Kubis arrangment's title implies, this is a trombone duet feature. The melody moves at a brisk pace and is a bit on the tricky side, so two technically proficient players are required to make this work. After letting the trombonists go at each other over the open solo section, the rest of the band gets a good workout on the shout section, where the bright tempo and hard-swinging attitude will surely be a crowd pleaser.
