Edition: Jazz Big Band Arrangement with Vocal

Description: Swing - Medium Easy

Publisher: Lush Life Music

Jon Harpin has done a great job of transcribing and adapting the Ernie Freeman chart (written for Sinatra's 1966 "That's Life" album) to suit a regular 5444 big band line-up, whilst managing to retain the feel and flavor of the original concept. The brass ranges are fairly comfortable, there are no sax doubles and the vocal part is scored as sung by Sinatra. The chart opens in Eb and modulates step-wise to finish in G. Swing @ 126 b.p.m.
