John La Barbera's arrangement of the classic holiday song Winter Wonderland does a perfect job of fitting into the 'Glenn Miller sound' while at the same time features updated harmonies and sophistication. The instrumental first half of the arrangement showcases the entire ensemble as the melody gets passed around the sections. The vocal group enters and becomes the focal point of the arrangement. There is brief vocal solos for soprano and tenor 3 before the tenor saxophone get to shine for the bridge. The vocal group then brings the arrangement to a close.

This publication was prepared using John La Barbera's score and the original set of parts used for the recording session - this is not a transcription.

Note: an optional alternate woodwind 5 part is included that avoids the bass clarinet double.
