This chart written in 6/4 has a bembe or 6/8 feel with the soprano and guitar carrying the melody. There is an occasional two against three feel in the background horn parts and a nice groove for your soloists. During the tenor solo the background horns get into an intense build up before easing back into the original soprano and guitar melody. Great as a second tune for festival or anywhere in a concert setting. Solos: tenor, vibes, and piano.
