This is a touching and heartfelt ballad that would be equally at home on a concert stage or at a festival performance. This piece was originally written for string orchestra. It was fun and valuable for me to turn it into a jazz chart. In this arrangement, I use many jazzy chords that were not in the original version and try to make it more elegant. I would be happy if you could play it in a warm and relaxed style, with a bit of swaying in the slow tempo, and be conscious of the conversation between the main melody and obbligato.
